Cancellation policy
Your non-guaranteed reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 06:00 pm on the day of arrival and guaranteed reservation can be cancelled not less than 24 hours before the day of arrival of the individual guests. Please note, in case of late cancellation or “no-show” the first night will be charged to the Company or Credit Card.
